TODAY EXPRESS NEWS : Noted Social reformist, philanthropist & film presenter and Chairman Wave Group Dr. Raju Chadha bagged the Hindi Cinema Samman award at a packed Vigyan Bhawan in the capital city recently. Organized by The International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry, the awards were aimed at honoring iconic individuals who have contributed towards the advancement & propagation of Hindi Cinema.
Amongst the notable awardees & special invitees included Minister of State & former Mumbai Police Commissioner Satya Pal Singh, producers Boney Kapoor & Rahul Mittra, President Marwah Studios Sandeep Marwah, former FTII Chairman Gajendra Chauhan, Actors Zareen Khan, Saurabh Shukla, Nandita Das, Sanjay Kapoor & Maneesh Paul, directors Rahul Rawail, Pankaj Parashar & Tigmanshu Dhulia, writers Kamlesh Pandey & Robin Bhatt, amongst others.
